The weekend of October 17–19, 2025, scouts from across the Hoosier Trails Council will gather for an unforgettable Council-Wide Camporee built around the theme of “Partial”! This year’s camporee is all about finishing what you started, — from wrapping up those partial merit badges to showcasing your unit’s community service and competing in unique patrol-based challenges designed to test your skills, teamwork, and spirit.

Scouts from every district will participate in a weekend packed with advancement opportunities, competitions, and camporee fun. Alongside working toward merit badge completions, units will highlight how they’ve given back to their communities through service projects completed over the year. And of course, there will be plenty of adventure waiting, with events for both scouts and adults alike!

Events include:

• Merit Badge Completion Sessions – Finish those lingering partials and knock out key requirements with focused programming.

• Patrol-Based Timed Challenges – Put your patrol to the test in a series of skill-based, fast-paced competitions.

• Campsite Pioneering Gateway Competition – Build the boldest, strongest, and most creative campsite gateway for bragging rights!

• Partial Cooking Competition – Fire up your camp stoves and prove your outdoor culinary mastery.

• Adult Euchre Tournament – Saturday night fun just for the grown-ups!

• Service Hours & the Two-Part Event Patch – Earn your exclusive service pin by completing at least two hours of service per attendee during the year or at the event.
